Delegate Registration Fee includes: Access to all scientific sessions (excluding workshops), accredited symposia, exhibits, breaks and lunches, conference materials, the Welcome Reception and La Soirée Joie de Vivre.
One Day Registration Fee includes: Access to all scientific sessions, accredited symposia, exhibits, breaks and lunch for the day purchased and any related conference materials. The Welcome Reception and La Soirée Joie de Vivre are not included and tickets must be purchased separately.
Registration forms will be processed only if accompanied by full payment of registration fees. Only registered delegates may claim registration materials at the Conference Registration Desk and will not be permitted to collect materials for other delegates.
Substitution is permitted up to and including the first day of the conference. Cancellations received in writing by April 22, 2016 will be refunded in full less a $125 administration fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after April 22, 2016. Only cancellations received in writing will be processed. An alternate attendee name may be substituted for a confirmed registration for a $35 administration fee. Changes that cannot be made online or by credit card reprocessing are subject to a $35 administration fee. These requests must be made in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org.
